At United Disciplces Christian we offer an exciting and diverse ministry for youth of all ages. Our youth groups meet on a regular basis Sunday evenings. Our activities include fun activities such as trips to Six Flags as well as study groups and service projects.

Our service projects are conducted in the local community as well as projects on a national basis. Work trips that our high school group, Christian Youth Fellowship (CYF), have participated in include trips to California, Florida, Colorado, Louisianna, Arkansas as well as Texas.

Our youth also participate in area events such as the Fall Rallies, winter and summer camps for both older and younger youth and a summer high school conference conducted in cooperation with the North Texas Area of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

Our youth meet weekly from 4:00-6:00 Sunday evenings.
The CYF group also meets at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday nights.

Our goal is to provide youth with a Christian environment, a place where they feel accepted and safe, where they can learn and grow, and where they can develop their Christian faith. We focus on more than hearing the Christian message. We act on our faith by doing service (outreach), study, community building/Fellowship and worship so youth experience what it means to be a follower of Christ.

Christian Youth Fellowship (CYF) is made up of teenagers in grades 9-12.

Chi Rho Fellowship is made up of junior high youths in grades 6 through 8.

Our Junior Youth Fellowship (JYF) program is for those in grades 3-5.
